Hey there, I'm Harley. I am the Organisational Development Manager and Team Manager for the Ultimate Potential!
What drives me is helping people grow, solve real problems, and collaborate with unique individuals from all walks of life. I believe everyone has an idea worth exploring—no matter how big or small—and I’m passionate about being part of that journey.
A few years ago, I realized I wanted more than just a standard 9–5. I wanted to make a real impact, especially within communities. That led me to working hands-on with local groups, diving into emerging tech, and leveraging social media to contribute to projects that truly make a difference.
I had originally helped create the Ultimate Potential back in August 2022, with Up Jvrse and had built it with the team up until August 2023 as a Organisation Manager & Streamer for the team. I had managed the early social media presence, building strong connection to elevate the brand awareness. Collaborating with partners to foster community engagement and achieve growth milestones. I had left for around 17 months to focus on my education and due to my loss of passion for content creation.
With coming back to the Ultimate Potential in January 2025, I have taken on the role as Team Manager and later in April 2025, taking on the role as Organisational Development Manager to foster engagement across the social media platforms to enhance community interaction. Planning and coordinating events while addressing concerns raised by members and the community. As well as, identifying and resolving issues related to integrations and systems functionality.
I have been a person with many skills and talents, and not being subject to one thing. I get that from my dad and having that genetical feeling to not be doing just one thing.
Over the past three years, I have been dedicated to transforming ideas into impact, working closely with communities and organisations. I got into social innovation to make a difference and in doing so, as of today I have been able to make a meaningful change through digital innovation, community engagement and strategic leadership.
I have always been one for creative problem-solving and collaboration, which has guided my work in both business and the nonprofit sector.
My journey has led to serve as a Manager at the Ultimate Potential Community, where I focus on fostering engagement, coordinate events and ensure seamless system integrations. Additionally, as a Community Outreach Coordinator at the Great Yarmouth Arts Festival.
Now, I am excited to take my mission a step further with HB Media, a new business venture aimed at helping businesses and individuals network effectively and engage with the community. As the Founder, my goal is to build strategic partnerships and create meaningful opportunities that drive local impact through social innovation.
Beyond my professional roles, I am deeply committed to pioneering marketing strategies and community-driven initiatives that create lasting impact. Outside of work, I explore photography and writing as tools to weave narratives that inspire and drive change.
"If the photographer is interested in the people in front of his lens, and if he is compassionate, it’s already a lot. The instrument is not the camera but the photographer." This is where the fun begins if you like this story, let me know your thoughts.
With my experience, I believe that within my photography it shows an understanding of who you are and where your mind is. Within a photograph there is always a story behind it, whether it be the mood of something, or someone. Or it may be that it looks nice, or even that it has a hidden meaning.
From my point of view, if you do photography then you are trying to imagine what you want to create with reality. I wake up with the passion of walking on the path of great destiny. What does this mean for me?
My thought process is when I take a photo, I think of how it appeals to me. When I see that there is a story there, it touches my heart and leaves me feeling accomplished with what I have just shot.
I have found my niche, my niche is that I suggest, not insist or explain.
My photography provides me with a sense of relief from the current global situation and to imagine what it could be like if it were possible to re-enact it in reality.
Nature has given us all the pieces to create and develop a photograph that communicates a fact and leaves behind a trail of discovery and success. It allows others to achieve their potential and to go on their own journey to discover and to embed their own purpose.
My niche is within animals and nature in conjunction with my passion and commitment to creating new perspectives.
“All about creating new perspectives”
My Journey has only just started, the challenge begins!
The initiative was started in 2022 by myself and Jvrse on X, aiming to create a space for sharing personal narratives. It focused on themes of personal growth, identity, and transformation, emphasising the importance of diverse voices and unheard stories.
To build a global community where every voice is valued, and personal stories are recognised as powerful tools for connection and growth. This vision aligns with the platform’s focus on fostering empathy and understanding, as seen in the call to “dive into journeys of transformation, identity, and truth.”
The brand’s story is one of resilience and renewal - a platform that paused but returned stronger, with a mission to listen and connect in a world that often feels disconnected. It embodies the idea that everyone has a story worth telling, and that sharing these stories can foster understanding and community, as encouraged by the call to “dive into journeys of transformation, identity, and truth.”
